Novartis Manager interview questions

Was approached by talent acquisition team. Interview was scheduled with hiring team, but subsequently there was no response from HR despite for weeks, despite following up on status of interview. I would understand if I had applied and was still pending interview, but at least shortlisted interviewees should get the chance to hear back. Even with a "we're still interviewing candidates" reply.
