Novartis Sr. Consultant interview questions

I applied through Linkedin and was contacted by the recruiter and was informed that the complete process will take 3 to 4 weeks max. The first interview happened the next week and now it's been 4 weeks and no update has been provided. I called the recruiter and emails them but they just ignore. This shows that they do not care about candidate and their experience. Recruiters should be more professional , this was a complete waste of time.
