Applied through School portal; the interview process was kept fairly simple. I was interviewed by the direct supervisor. The questions asked were pretty straight-forward. Didn't really ask many technical questions. Novartis has quite a friendly environment with great colleagues.
Invited to a 30 minute phone call interview for a summer internship. There was limited availability for interview slots and had to wait several weeks to hear anything back afterward.
