Novartis IT Applications Manager interview questions

First interview by phone with Human Resources and after one week a face to face interview with two Managers. They asked about my previous experience and technical questions related to ITIL,Service Level Agreements, Comitee Advisory Board, root analysis,documentation,how to manage the support of application. I need to be able to travel if necessary.
