Novartis Finance Manager interview questions

Phone interview initially went well, positively geared and given opportunity to answer. Comepetency questions at F2F interview went OK, however when it came to the group interview (5 interviewers!) they spoke over each other, were negative about their own business & agenda was not adhered to. Random questions not related to my broader experience. Made up my mind there and then not to join if offered.
