Novartis Director interview questions

The ghosting described by the anonymous poster on Mar 9, 2022 was exactly my experience! In addition, there was pressure from HR for me to formally apply before a certain deadline, misinformation about headcount and timelines, haphazard interview scheduling, no clarity on next steps, and no responses to multiple follow-up emails. Like the other poster, I am shocked and disappointed that a company of Novartis' stature could be so disrespectful towards another professional.
