I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Novartis
Interview
The ghosting described by the anonymous poster on Mar 9, 2022 was exactly my experience!
In addition, there was pressure from HR for me to formally apply before a certain deadline, misinformation about headcount and timelines, haphazard interview scheduling, no clarity on next steps, and no responses to multiple follow-up emails.
Like the other poster, I am shocked and disappointed that a company of Novartis' stature could be so disrespectful towards another professional.
The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Novartis

The aim of the interview process to uncover especially the human qualities of the candidate. The process allows also to learn more about the company culture and values.

Question 1
I would say the interview questions were fair. It is not about "easy" vs. "difficult". In my opinion, it is about the relevance of the questions to the job in question as well as to the values and reflexes the company and the team are looking for.
Un peu long entre le début et la fin du processus. Échanges clairs et constructif entre les étapes. Focus sur le rôle et les compétences requises mais aussi la culture d’entreprise attendue
