Novartis Digital Campaign Manager interview questions

3 step interview process. My first stage was with the Head of Campaign Development over Skype. We had a good interview and he liked that I was coming from a non-pharmaceutical industry which is more data driven. My second round interview was in the office and it was bizarre to say the least. The interviewer told me he was having sleepless nights, had not done much work in his first 6 months due to moving house and having a baby, teams don't communicate internally and there was a huge level of ambiguity within the company. Then he suggested I would not be a right fit due to my data driven experience, the very thing his boss applauded me for in the previous interview. I left feeling, this is a company that has not got their act together and one which I definitely would not work for.
