The interview process kicked off with a telephonic round followed by onsite interview. Onsite interview had 5 rounds as follows :-
1.Written Round : consisting of questions from various sales force effectiveness services such as call planning, targeting, segmentation, Incentive compensation etc.
2. Case Study : Excel based case study - Use of array formulas, pivot tables centered around segmentation data
3.Technical Round : Round was centered around technical knowledge on database management tool, SQL, excel etc.
4.Managerial Round : Mainly driven by a team lead with questions regarding why do want to join Novartis, review of the previous rounds, some questions on pharma sales effective services etc.
5.Final Round (PRE HR) : This was again centered around behavioral questions, past experiences etc.
6. HR Round : where all the salary negotiations happens ( you must be very careful about this round)
