Novartis Associate Director interview questions

Video interview with hiring manager for 30 minutes on Microsoft Teams. Heard back 1 week later that they wanted to move me to next round, which was two 30 minute virtual interviews. One interview was 1:1 and one interview was panel with two senior executives.

Multiple conversations with management in person. People were all nice and well prepared. All went great, ultimately decided to go with another offer from another company due to personal reasons and because of a better fit overall.
