Novartis Associate Data Analyst interview questions

The position offered was associate data analyst and its a campus placement drive. The whole process has five rounds which is open for all branches with CGPA greater than 6. Round 1: This was aptitude round. it has totally 30 questions (+3 and -1) for 1 hour. General aptitude 10, logical 10 and reasoning 10. (elimination round) Round 2: Group discussion 5 min for preparation and 15 min to discuss. (elimination round). Our group discussion topic was: Should social networks be allowed during office hours. Round 3: Case study. 30 min were given to analyse on a case study. Its a written test you need to come up with a optimistic approach to the given problem. (no elimination, we were asked to explain about about the case study in further rounds.) Round 4: Technical round. We are questioned about the case study first. The questions were like what did analyse about the situation. Why do you choose that particular approach. Then we were give few puzzles followed by few c and c++ programs to write. (elimination round.) Round 5: The final H.R round. You will be asked regular questions regarding you and your family, why Novartis etc.. (not that tough.
