There was a senior pwp present with two other people. They asked me some questions surrounding soft skills (organisational) along with more unique to the job, such as case load management and stress management. All questions you would expect. Nothing scary, they were very friendly.

It was very fair and interviewers did make me feel comfortable but my STAR techniques response was not good enough. I seem to mix them all uo rather than answer in a structured manner. I was also told to relax more as i was a bit anxious
