it was easy. good. flexible. vey helpfull. hey give you everything you need to succeed in an interview; most companies don't do that. Plus they were very quick to respond. Definitely a plus when you're job hunting.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at NHS (Worthing, South East England, England) in Dec 2023
Interview
I went to a recruitment day. Everyone was really friendly and it was quite a relaxed process. We had a presentation about what the job involved and how we could progress in the future. We then had a group interview where we were given some scenarios. Then we were given a basic maths and English test before individual interviews.
