The interview process was straightforward. The interviewers were very friendly, it was a panel of 3 who I went before. The range of questions were focused on my people skills, management skills, and there were questions asked that were very NHS specific as they were looking for a desirable to be NHS experience previously.

Video Interview was fairly straightforward and you get to show you personality and language proficiency if you are international. Combination of oral responses and questions where you need to order things that you are most likely to do to least likely to do.

It was more of a bit conversational. They were going through my CV to know me and discuss whether my skillset matches their requirements. Very basic level interview with "Have you worked on Power BI?", and "Have you ever created dashboards?".
