After passing the assessment center had a 30 min interview. First 15 minutes was reviewing a case study, remaining 15 minutes was spent on strengths. Strengths were focused more on what previous experience you have relevant to the role.
There were online assessments, which were followed by a video interview. If these are successful, you get invited to a further video interview with three sections. These include a general interview, role play and a presentation.
Video interview with nine questions based on the NHS Leadership model. I was given time to prepare and then a timed duration to say my answers. Questions were varied and asked for examples of previous experiences. Use the STAR model to ensure answers have a good structure and content.
