Applied on Microsoft Career Site. Recruiter reached out to me with a questionnaire asking why I think I was qualified, what I want to join Microsoft, and what experience relates to this job, prefer salary, etc. Few days later, we had a phone interview and discuss the role.
Recruiter asked for good interview dates and scheduled the earliest one.
Had 3 rounds of technical/behavior interview with 3 different team members.
Interview was resume and job description based. They asked what you do at your current/recent job, then dives into the job related qualification. For me, it was mainly active directory, network key, customer handling scenarios, etc.
First two interviewer each also gave me an article to read and ask me to summarize the main points.
Last interview adds on top of it with some escalation scenarios. Also discuss the team formation and how things function in their team. Gave me so much hope that I had a good chance but no...
Overall I think my experience with the interview was good and deserves a A- if I had to scale it. Besides the long wait.
