Microsoft Support Engineer interview questions

Be prepared for a full day of interviews, anywhere from 5-8 hours if you get through it all. Lots of behavioral and hypothetical questions.

Applied through campus career fair. Got first round on campus 1:1 interview for Technical/ consulting Services consisting of 4 positions: Associate Consultant, Tech Account Manager, Premier Field Engineer, Support Engineer. Got email for qualifying to next round. Next interview was in Charlotte for SE (Microsoft selected one out of four). Had four 1:1 interviews with different level managers, SEs, etc. All were very 'casual conversations' trying to know how much I know about Microsoft and technologies. Some scenarios were put up to react. No coding, just be ready to get deep into your Resume. Nothing intense or difficult. Interviews left me feeling very positive, but got email in 2 days as rejected. Still couldn't figure out what went wrong.
