Microsoft Support Engineer interview questions

The interview process was smooth , well co-ordinated , very transparent. Nothing tough . I came as a contract employee and them moved as a full time employee . So there were initial challenges the way both these time of employees rated but then later it was fine once I was a full time employee

The interview was 4 hours long, with 45 minutes rounds and 10 minutes in between, a total of 4 rounds. The interviews were pretty easy and people were laid back. Be prepared for questions related to customer experience and situation analysis. My only complaint is that the HR department took more than 3 weeks to reach out and all of that time for a NO.
