Microsoft Business Program Manager interview questions

4 rounds - 1 initial phone call with recruiter, 3 rounds on the final day. All behavioral questions. All the people were very friendly. They just want to get to know you so be your authentic self.

4 interviews in total 30 minutes call with the HR 1 hours with the hiring manager 2 interviews with the team I got an offer 10 days after the last interview :) The interview process was very nice and the team very friendly .. It is very important to control and study the value, mission, news about Microsoft because this can make the difference :) Hope this can help someone
