I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Meta in Feb 2022
Interview
I completed 4 rounds of interviews (2 recruiter calls, a 90min video call, and what was labeled to me as a “casual chat to determine team fit”. Process took about a month and some days. Everyone I met with was polite and seemed friendly. After my 90min video call (which was supposed to be a final), my recruiter set me up for what I was told was a “casual chat” with a hiring manager. After that call I was told that I wasn’t a fit for the role. Asked for feedback, and was told it’s company policy that they don’t share feedback. Feels like my time was completely wasted.

Question 1
Describe a time you worked with a difficult hiring manager
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meta in Jan 2022
Interview
The process overall took a month (which for this kind of role is too much), first 2 stages passed very well and professional. Then I have passed bunch of sessions about behavioral questions with 3 different people where the situations are the same but paraphrased in different way (which I assume if they shortlist sourcer they may know that sourcers mostly train other tech people for these questions) . In any case people were good and relaxed but the process itself wasn't the best one for so much "branded company". Then I waited for my feedback and I was only told that I am rejected without any details. So, just one suggestion please get out from recruitment traditional style and try new better way of sourcing and hiring with individual approach

Question 1
Behavioral questions paraphrased in different ways
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Redwood City, CA) in Feb 2022
Interview
Process started off amazing. I completed the whole process and waited for a final update which took almost 3 week. I finally received an update to say the Technical Sourcer position is now on hold for quite some time. I was beyond excited for this opportunity and thought I did very well in the interview process. It was very discouraging to go through that whole process just to hear the position is on hold.

Question 1
Mainly situational questions about collaboration, initiative and candidate engagement. One question I do remember is have you experience any bias?
