I had a screening, then a 1:1 interview with a recruiting lead and a round of 3 different interviews. I found the process super nice and my recruiter shared with me the information I needed.
The problem was after I finished all the stages, my recruiter called me to tell me that my feedback was positive and I did it great in the interviews, but the position was on hold and she will keep me posted. After a month waiting I discovered that I was rejected because I log in in the career website. Nobody told me that, the feedback was different so that was simply not honest and unprofessional.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meta (Londres, Inglaterra) in May 2022
Interview
In terms of the automatization, everything is great. I really like the first screening call, the interviewer was really friendly. But 2nd interview was quite strange, the interviewer wasn't able to turn on her camera. She sounded absolutely away from the conversation.
It's already more than a week passed and I still didn't get a feedback
