I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2019
Interview
Interview Process was quick and efficient. Met with a Sourcer who did a general screening of my previous exp. From there i transitioned to a Recruiter who asked about my recruiting background, expectations, and motivations. We also discussed preparation for the on-site. Recruiter sent over a prep guide broken into 3 different topics all related to recruiting . The on-site was done through Zoom where i met with 2 Recruiting Managers and a Director who each focused on one of the recruiting topics from the prep guide. The questions were straight forward and i felt well prepared having studied the prep guide. I would recommend following the STAR method to best articulate your answers!
