I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Meta (New York, NY)

Two preliminary: “product sense” = detail process for building a product/ solution out & “execution” = how would you set goals/define success, how to diagnose problems when they arise
Once you pass those you are moved to the “Final Loop” this phase incorporates 3 interviews the product sense and execution again and another interview called “leadership and drive”. There is no standard way some of these questions are asked and they treat it like a conversation more than anything. So, you’ll have to be more confident in your frameworks for each type of question. It requires some quick thinking and heavy reliance on a process.
My advice having made it through the loops: I did the best on interviews I was too fatigued to be nervous about. It sounds cliche but try to relax, adopt the attitude that it’s cool if you don’t get it and things will be easier. Good luck to you all! This interview is challenging but can be kind of fun!
Be good to yourselves :).

So the interview reminded me of the interviews which Microsoft used to do back in the day around puzzles. The facebook interview is pretty well document for the product management position (product sense and product execution) and the questions in my interview were repeated. I found that the interview was not well organized and the format lead to a lot of pre-canned bias. They screened me twice and then didnt move forward.
