Meta Product Manager interview questions

Recruiter found me on LinkedIn A phone screen Two preliminary: “product sense” = detail process for building a product/ solution out & “execution” = how would you set goals/define success, how to diagnose problems when they arise Once you pass those you are moved to the “Final Loop” this phase incorporates 3 interviews the product sense and execution again and another interview called “leadership and drive”. There is no standard way some of these questions are asked and they treat it like a conversation more than anything. So, you’ll have to be more confident in your frameworks for each type of question. It requires some quick thinking and heavy reliance on a process. My advice having made it through the loops: I did the best on interviews I was too fatigued to be nervous about. It sounds cliche but try to relax, adopt the attitude that it’s cool if you don’t get it and things will be easier. Good luck to you all! This interview is challenging but can be kind of fun!
