I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Meta
Interview
5 rounds total:
Initial recruiter screen (30 min)
Product sense interview (45 min)
Execution interview (45 min)
Leadership & drive behavioral (45 min)
Final round with hiring manager (30 min)
The process felt collaborative rather than adversarial. Each interviewer clearly explained what they were looking for upfront, which helped me structure my responses effectively. Feedback was provided within 3 business days as promised. Every interaction felt professional and respectful of my time.
Product Alliance frameworks were helpful for structure, but the real key was deeply understanding Meta's products and business model. I spent significant time practicing articulating structured thinking out loud and doing mock interviews. Understanding their recent strategic shifts (AI, AR/VR, creator economy) was crucial.
