I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Menlo Park, CA) in Jul 2025
Interview
Recruiter follower up since I already had interviews at Meta several times in the past, and you get a redo once a year. I only got through to round 1 this time (analytical thinking and product sense). I did 1 live practice mock to prep but many runs through with AI and self recording, but 2 weeks of prep was insufficient in retrospect, even though I've passed the interview in the past. The emphasis and feedback have evolved over the years, so spending time on their practice videos and studying them is really important.

Question 1
Reimagine a theme park (pick a theme park of your choice). What product would you build, and why?
You're the sole PM for Zoom. Why does this product exist? How would you set success for the product? Imagine that AI is sending transcripts of meetings notes to all invitees, and suddenly, meeting attendance is down. What do you do?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Meta
Interview
Typical two-session screening round interview. One Analytical thinking and Product Sense. You can find the question bank online if you look it, just need to practice with a human not chat GPT!!

Question 1
How do you build a product for Disney's theme parks
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Meta in Jun 2025
Interview
r1 has product sense and analytical thinking.
r2 has product sense and analytical thinking + leadership and drive.
I think the main issue is... after R1, HR would give feedback. in R2 its important to remain consistent and not over focus on the feedback, or you risk failing instead.
