My interview process was quick and highly structured. For me, it conducted of 5 steps.
1) An intro call with the manager who was hiring for the role. During this call I described my work experience, and answered common first-interview questions around the role (why I'm interested, why I think I'm a fit, etc...).
2) A take-home assignment. This consisted of an exercise where I had to run through common workflows of the SDR role.
3) A follow up call with the manager to review the take-home assignment.
4) An on-site interview with 4 members of the team my role was part of, as well as the CEO.
5) Offer. This process all took place within the span of 7 days.
