Marks & Spencer interview questions

Group setting split into teams, going through a presentation throughout and doing different exercises from cases studies, picking clothing to sell to a customer, then an individual interview with basic competency based questions.

The interview process was very friendly and relaxed, and it felt much more like an open conversational discussion where we talked through my background, the responsibilities of the role, and how both naturally interlinked.
