Marks & Spencer interview questions

Relaxed atmosphere, quite conversational, lasted about 15 minutes or so, got to ask any questions I had at the end got back to me around two weeks after interview offering me position.

Not very well organised, no one knew where to send me. Once I found the interviewer and had the interview, I was told I "passed the interview" and that I'd hear back in a few days, only to be ghosted for three weeks and then receive an "unfortunately".
