Te interview was mostly conducted by the staffing manager. Basic questions about past retail experience, and heavy questioning on how to handle customer service. I would try emphasize how to make customers happy in your responses, and make the interviewer know you're sales driven and highly motivated.

I applied for the job online. The next day, I received an email asking me to come in for a group interview. The group interview consisted of around 20 other candidates. The interviewer asked us to fill out a form about our availability and other info. Then she went around the room asking each of us to introduce ourselve and if we have any customer service experience. After that, she asked us to wait outside while she looked over our info. Because there were a lot of people applying for the job, she only asked the ones whose availability matched their needs to stay for the next part of the interview.
