Interview
My experience has been nothing but great with Macy's West. I was living out of state at the time I applied for a sales position I applied for and the manager who contacted was willing to set up a time for my interview when I would be in the area. Not only did she wait for me to be in the area she also lead a great interview and I was hired on the spot.

Interview
I interviewed at the Water Tower place, and all the associates were very nice, i got there about 20 minutes early and the lady at the desk checked me in. My interview was one on one, and the interviewing manager on day 1 was so nice! She read questions off a piece of paper and most read something like "Describe the perfect customer experience, name a time when you had to portray leadership, etc." Very smooth. Some of the questions were worded a little funny, so she always rephrased them in her own words. She informed me at the end of the interview that I would be hired, but that i needed to be interviewed by the department manager. When I came in the following day to be interviewed by him, he was very stern and strict looking. He mostly asked questions from the top of his head, as if he knew exactly what type of employee he DIDNT want to hire. I filled out some paperwork, and he congratulated me on the job.
