Macy's Sals Associate interview questions

I was scheduled an interview the next day after I filled out the application online. I was interviewed by the floor manager. The interview was not a usual one. We didn't sit in an office but instead we walked around the store. We kept going in circle while the manager was asking me questions. He was friendly. At the end of the interview he asked me if I am available to work on Labor day. I said yes and he said "Deal". So I was told to come the next day to fill out forms. The 4th day I was scheduled for training.

Interview is a long process, in which you describe your special talents and hours your willing to offer. I experieced around 3 interviews. During these experiences most of them were not compatible with my school schedule. But still a great learning experience.
