Macy's Sales Associate interview questions

Ask very basic interview type questions. You would either interview with HR or the department manager you're trying to go to. Was not more than a 15-20 interview. It will go by pretty quickly, especially if they have multiple people they have to interview.

The interview process was smooth. The interviewer asked basic questions about my interests and expectations. The interviewer really wanted to know more about my personality rather than my past experiences. He didn't mind that I had never been a sales associate.
