it was quick this position was for temp position for the summer. Listing my people skills and use terms “soft skills” goes a long easy demonstrating how patient you can be with customer service. End up not getting it because it conflicts with my schedule availability.

Asked about job experience and skills. Overall, a pretty relaxed phone call. Also had standard surveys ahead of the call, the typical retail personality and skills surveys. Not a too challenging experience all in all.
