They call you to schedule a time to come in. You have to make your way to the store and find their offices/interview area yourself. This can be daunting if the store is huge with multiple departments and if none of the current employees help guide you. I would as interviewed in a tiny work closet area that just contained me, a manager, and a skinny cheap desk between us. They ask many questions during the interview. I will say, do some research on the company and emphasize your personal connection with the information you find.
After the interview, I was offered the position. They sat me at the computers and had me complete onboarding right on the spot. I was in training the next day.
