First, they came onto our campus to recruit. You talk to them and submit your resume. Then you go to their information session. After that they pre-select you for interviews. The interview itself consisted of two 30 minutes 1:1 interview. Both of them ask situational and behavioral questions.

I was contacted by phone regarding my online application. I was offered an interview. I was interviewed by the head sales manager. He asked several questions, I think the standard fare: why do you want this job? Do you have any previous sales experience? The process took about 45 minutes. I was told I would be contacted within a few days with his decision.
