The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Edinburg, TX) in Apr 2010
Interview
Well to be honest i was disappointed in the hr clerk. I was just about to start my interview when she decided to get on a conference call for a meeting I guess she was supposed to be a part of. So the whole time during the interview i was trying to conentrate and answer the questions while at the same time listening to HR issues throughout the company. It was totally unprofessional. On top of that you would think HR being the first contact for a new applicant would have a better attitude and be open. Not this lady. :(

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement in Apr 2010
Interview
I was called up by Lowe's HR manager asking if I wanted to schedule a job interview and what my requirements were. I proceeded to tell her that I preferred a full-time job but I would consider a part time job if I would be guranteed 25 hours or more a week, she agreed and scheduled a 10am interview. However, when I get there she keeps me waiting for 40 minutes doing god knows what. When I finally did the interview I was informed it was for a janitor like job and that my primary responsibility was to clean the bathrooms. And the real kicker she can only gurantee me 10 hours a week.
