Liberty Mutual Insurance Sr. Analyst interview questions

They always do a phone interview with the recruiter, this person selects 5-7 people and send to hiring manager. Hiring manager interviews and sends to his/her manager and there is another interview and a final decision is made.

I met with three different people before I received and offer - a manager, director and VP. The questions are behavioral based and they want to hear a lot about your experience. Ex. "tell me about a time you...". The interview process does take a long time - I believe it took 2.5 months before I started.
