Interview
Two HR Screenings, interview with recruiter, then interview with managers, as well as background check. One of those HR screenings was a personality quiz. they are big making sure you fit into company culture. It was mostly, "What would you do in X situation?"
There was no tech interview, however we were asked to supply examples of tech work we had done, so make sure you know yourself.

Interview
I met up with a recruiter at a job fair held at my university. After talking for a little bit, we set up an interview for the following day. The interview was the basic questions, just getting a feel for my background and what I'm open to doing. Following that interview, I was set up with a phone interview, to talk with an higher up IT Manager. He asked the same questions, but also drilled down deeper into what I was familiar with, coding languages, etc. After that, was called with an offer.

Interview
Phone call with recruiter to go over resume and goals. Later had a phone interview with two managers. Asked light technical questions, no coding. Very easy interview process. Seemed like they wanted to get to know you more than your technical ability. This is an entry level role, so that is understandable. Had another phone interview with a more senior manager after that. More of the same behavioral and light technical questions. They flew me out to the office to meet some people and get a feel for the area. Great and easy experience overall.
