Liberty Mutual Insurance Customer Service Representative interview questions

Interview is the star method. First there was a call with a nice recruiter which passed me to the video portion. She sent a helpful email with tips to prepare me. I was nervous but confident during the interview, my interviewer wasn’t the nicest but wasn’t cold either. She literally asked me every question the recruiter sent me. I was well prepared. The interviewer was pushy with asking questions that had nothing to do with the job. She asked why I wasn’t still working with my last employer I responded and told her “due to health reasons, and I had surgery” she then said “why didn’t you go back ?” “I told her I didn’t qualify for fmla” she literally argued that I did. At this moment I was turned off.
