Liberty Mutual Insurance Customer Service Representative interview questions

I applied online through LinkedIn and was contacted by a recruiter via email to set up a time for a phone screening. The recruiter called , and essentially interviews me for an hour for the pre screening, then sends an email for a MS Teams interview with 2 people. A week later , I meet with the 2 hiring managers who were nice people. They ask the hypothetical questions like "tell me about a time where you turned a negative customer experience into a positive one. Tell me about a time where you disagreed with a coworker, etc. They do inform you that a P&C license is needed for this job and they will pay for it. They also tell you there's a 2nd background check conducted with the FBI and fingerprints are required, and YOU have to pay $100 , but Safeco will reimburse you in 7-14 business days. They also brag about the diversity offering at the company and how you can become an ally. I asked about the start shift times, they couldn't give me a straight answer. Only that the training is Mom - Fri 10am - 6:30pm EST. After the interview was done, they said I should hear from a recruiter within the next 3-5 days, they typically make their decisions on Friday. (My interview was on a Monday) I have not heard a thing since.
