Filled out to the vigorous application. Took the call center test that came along with the application. Was set up to attend an open house event. From there I was scheduled to interview the next day. Advised them I was at my current job and the interview would make me late to work. They didn't really care. Scheduled me when they could and I showed up to the interview. Answered questions. Received a denial. All that for nothing.

Was a relaxed interview process. Two people interview me. There were a lot of behavioral questions. It ended with me going to the actual call center and observing someone perform the actual job.

What was the best advice a coworker has given you?
They have a two hour application process filled with assessments, which I finished. I got an email saying to schedule my phone interview. I clicked the link for it the moment I received the email. By the time I'd scheduled my interview I got another email saying that they were moving on with other candidates. Terrible business practices. The two emails were sent only three minutes apart. I'm a veteran in need of a job and this was an awful disappointing waste of my time.
