Interview
I was asked a lot of situational questions. The questions were not specific to the insurance industry, but more focused on seeking out a customer service-oriented disposition. For example, I was asked a lot of questions about how to handle a difficult or upset client, how to handle an incoming task when in the middle of something, how to improve customer retention, etc.

Interview
Applied online and received an email to set up a phone screen about two week later. I was mainly asked about my availability, past work experience, and we went over the job description. Note: as of December 2019, you will need to call IN to the number for this, they don't call you. I did the face to face interview with two managers (coupled with a short job shadowing) the next day, and got the job offer the day after that. Pretty straightforward interview process, and I appreciated how transparent they were with what the job entails.

Interview
Phone interview with HR recruiter, then was called by hiring manager for face to face interview. I was leaving on vacation and the hiring manager was able to meet with me the next day. I interviewed with the manager and another supervisor. It was very professional and informative as to the job duties.
