Liberty Mutual Insurance CDP interview questions

Specific questions about projects including the scope/schedule/budget, how we managed the projects and how we overcame risks/issues/etc.

General questions, but main item was a 3-hour case study. A couple of the people seemed like they were way too busy and were annoyed they were there. The case study probably could have been cut down, I have done similar ones that did not require a 3-hour working session.
