Interview
Contacted by HR for initial screen and was given more information about the role and the department. I was then pushed to the next round for an interview with a direct report of the hiring manager.

Question 1
Not a lot of questions (interviewer talked more about himself), but behavioral questions i.e. "how would you handle...." Interviewer proposed a project and asked what you would recommend to management.

Interview
The process was typical. A first interview with the immediate supervisor and the department's lead. Then a second interview with SVP and a member of management. The first interview went well. The second was when they showed their true colors.

Three rounds of interviews - first with the hiring manager and then 2 with the team. All fairly standard, no trick/pointless questions. Unfortunately, there was a hiring freeze during the process and the opening was cancelled.
