I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Warrenville, IL) in Jul 2018
Interview
The interview processs I believe was great. I had an interview over the phone that went really well. After the interview the recruiter gave me helpful pointers to prepare me for my interview with the Claims senior manager. Before the interview process started there was a brief presentation of the company’s background and some duties and expectations for the position that I applied for. I interviewed with two people and both interviews consisted of behavioral and situational questions that was to be answered in the STAR format.

Question 1
Name a time where you had to write out detailed instructions and what were the instructions?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Chandler, AZ) in Jul 2018
Interview
Started with a phone interview. The recruiter spent most of the call explaining the position and asked a couple of questions. At the end of the call she scheduled me for an in-person interview a few days later. The in-person interview started with a powerpoint presentation about the company. The woman who presented was very friendly and really tried to sell the company. After that I was taken to another room and interviewed with two managers at once. They spent an hour and a half asking me behavioral questions. They asked me a lot of follow up questions and to repeat myself. They were not very friendly or engaging and spent the entire time staring at their computers and typing up my responses. After the questioning, I sat with an employee and watched him perform the job for about 10-15 minutes. After that I was asked if I had any final questions.

I applied online. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Westborough, MA) in Aug 2017
Interview
The interview process is extremely long, after you complete an online assessment they will review your qualifications and invite you for an open house. Once there, you will be interviewed by 3 different managers that will pretty much ask you the same questions over and over again in a different way. Then, you will seat with one of the employees to see their work. Be ready to spend at least 4 hours of your time. After a week without getting any feedback from the recruiters, they will call you to tell you that they liked you or that they will move forward with another applicant. Literally is the longest interview process I have gone through.
