First round of interviews was on campus with the program's hiring manager. Mostly a conversational interview where he told me about the job and what all exactly they do. Just make sure to ask questions as he speaks so that he sees how interested you are in the opportunity and how much research you've done. Flew me out to Seattle for the second round on a Friday, which consisted of a 6 hour interview. There are 3 interviews: 2 behavioral and 1 case interview (very long - consists mostly math), along with a job shadow. After the interviews, you get to go to lunch with the interviewers (consider this a part of the interview process and make sure you prove yourself as someone very easy to get along with). They got back to me on the following Monday morning with the offer (3 days later). Overall great company and everyone seemed very enthusiastic about the work they do. Great starting point for post-grads. Looks great if you wanna go into any other industry afterwards.
