I applied online. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance
Interview
Phone interview with HR. Very nice person and easy to talk to. Asked typical behavioral questions in the "tell me about a time...?" format. Afterwards got invited to a super day at their Boston office. They pay for a flight, hotel room, and any fees (food, taxi, etc.). Consists on 2 behavioral interviews, a case, and a job shadow.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time when you worked with a difficult coworker and how you handled it.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Boston, MA)
Interview
Interviewed on campus first round for about an hour. Then went to Liberty Mutual in Boston which had 3 hour interviews followed by a job shadow. There was also a case study which really wasn't too bad, just some basic math, as well as some intuition. Everybody at Liberty is really nice and friendly. It's a great environment. Questions focused on teamwork, previous data/quantitative experience, and personality.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you and a teammate had a disagreement.
I applied through college or university. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2015
Interview
The interview was set up through campus recruiting at my university. I was contacted to schedule an interview a month or so after I applied.
The interviewer was nice. The first 5 or 10 minutes were pretty much just him introducing himself and describing his professional background. There were only four questions if I remember correctly, although each had multiple parts. They were basically just asking me to describe a certain time I did something. The answers were expected in the Situation, Task, Action, Result format and were recorded on paper as I answered.
They let me know the next day via e-mail that I had not moved on to the next round.

Question 1
-Describe a time you had to use time management skills to complete a task.
-Describe a time you had to learn a new program to complete a project. What was the result?
(These questions are loosely paraphrased--my interview was a while ago so I don't remember exactly how they were worded.)
