First round was with the recruiter, then a day of 3 interviews.One with your immediate boss, and then two more, each with a colleague currently in the same position you are interviewing for, but in a different territory. Then an interview with VP of sales and another with HR.

Four rounds of interview conducted with Reporting manager, HR Generalist, HR Head, Regional Sales Manager. All the interviewers explored the reasons for leaving the earlier organisations. Also evaluated on technical skill sets. Evaluated on the basis of daily routine activities, no of visits per day, etc.
