Kyndryl Project Manager interview questions

This recruiter eagerly reached out to me and did a sloppy job of arranging the interview. At one point, they claimed they had been sick - which felt really insincere. They were sick or they are so young and inexperienced they thought that was clever. I'll never know. Overall they were very young, apparently inexperienced, and inept. They stumbled through the interview asking the usual questions, but the "high point" was when they tried to shame me for having a side job - Oh, I see you ALREADY have a job." It was nauseating to have to keep a straight face while this person tried to feign shock at the fact that I have a second stream of income in this horrible economy where people are being laid off right and left. Ureal. When I asked what it takes to be successful at the company, the response was a lot of "ums" ad "ahhs" before they finally spat out "be positive!" Bad interview, sloppily organized and comically executed.
