Kyndryl Associate Director interview questions

Call with HR, then panel interview. Panel interview took a few weeks to schedule, with dead silence from HR, then HR asked to schedule it asap. One of the partners on the call was late, then stepped out in the middle of the interview, and both were distracted the entire time. Overall not a great experience but at least no one screamed, insulted me, or made outright derogatory comments.

The interviewer spent quality time getting to know you. All questions were selective. They were so kind. Also, they shared detailed feedback after each step. I interviewed directly with hiring managers.
