It starts with an interview with HR followed by coding assessment and interview with clients (hiring managers). Although you are hired by Kyndryl, the role is to service the client so they are the hiring managers and the ones conducting the interview

Three stages of interview. First round consists of a 90 minutes of technical and system design interview. Second round is a 30 minutes of behavioural interview and third is a 30 minutes interview with executives.
